These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Listify, operated by Icarus Solution Development, registered in the Netherlands (KVK: 93470371, BTW-ID: NL005021528B76). By using Listify, you agree to these Terms.
Listify is a chat-based list management service accessible via WhatsApp, Telegram, and LINE. It lets you create, manage, and share lists through natural language conversation with an AI assistant.
The service is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep it reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Listify. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental consent.
Your account is tied to your email address and the messaging platform(s) you connect. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs through it.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it is being used to violate these Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we reasonably determine are in violation of these rules.
Listify operates on a token-based usage system. Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits. Paid subscriptions provide higher limits and are billed via Stripe.
Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable consumer law.
You retain ownership of the content you create in Listify — your lists, items, and notes are yours.
By using Listify, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any ownership over your data and do not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Listify uses AI language models to interpret your messages and manage your data. While we work to make the AI accurate and reliable, it may occasionally make mistakes — misunderstand a request, create the wrong item, or respond unexpectedly.
You are responsible for verifying that actions taken by the bot match your intent. We are not liable for errors caused by AI misinterpretation.
How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Listify, you also agree to that policy.
You can delete your account at any time by sending /delete_account to the
Listify bot. See our Data Deletion page for details on what gets
removed and how the process works.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Icarus Solution Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Listify, including loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU law.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will notify active users of material changes via the bot. Continued use of Listify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
